ONLINE PURCHASING
Our services are available to over-18’s only. Under 18’s are not permitted to purchase UV packages or minutes online and will not be permitted to use UV services in-store.
PROMOTIONS
UV services available to over-18’s only.. All offers are not in conjunction with any other offer. The Glow Club reserve the right to withdraw offers at any point.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All requests must be in writing or via e-mail to the customer services e-mail address below
CLIENT LOTION STORAGE
Please note that the customer lotion storage facility is provided as a gesture of goodwill and we regret that we cannot be held responsible for any losses whatsoever.
We respectfully request that clients do not use Tingle or Oil based lotions when using our Lay-down sunbeds,
DAMAGE/LOSS OF CLIENT PROPERTY
Please note that The Glow Club cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to clients property whilst on the premises.
CHANGES TO PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
Clients are required to inform the Glow Club immediately of any change in circumstances that affect their eligibility to use UV or Spray Tanning equipment.

Please note that any changes to clients accounts can be made online or in store
EXPIRATION OF MINUTES AND SESSIONS
Please note that all minutes and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
APPOINTMENTS
Due to the popularity of some equipment, should you not arrive for your appointment on time, priority will be granted to the next client in the queue/walk-in session. We will however endeavour to accommodate you in the next available slot or on alternative equipment.
SUBSCRITIONS
Unlimited Monthly sunbed course subscription :
Maximum 15 minutes per session, we have the right to refuse any requested session time if we deem it unsafe for the customer.
Use of the Unlimited Monthly Subscription is permitted once every 24 hours, our team members have the right to refuse any clients entry onto the sunbeds if they believe they are abusing their tanning regime or not following guidelines.
Billing Cycle. The membership fee for any subscription will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on your "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose when you sign-up for the service. The minimum billing cycle for any subscription is 3 months. If cancelled before the end of this period payment will still be charged for the full remaining balance. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit our website and click on the "Billing details" link on the "Account" page to see your next payment date.
Payment Methods. To Purchase Any Subscription you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
Updating your Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s).
Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum required billing period, and you will continue to have access to any subscriptions through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial - month membership periods or unused subscriptions. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your account will close, click "Billing details" on the "Account" page.
Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
